Our unique staff will guide you through the beginning steps of our Trapeze Program. Safety lines, belts and a safety net are used for trapeze and trampoline work.

OUR PROGRAM OFFERS: Adult & Children’s Classes, Professional Instruction, Training in Technique, Skills-Building Approach, Individual Goal-Setting & A Nurturing Environment

THE TRAMPOLINE:Increase Physical Stamina, Learn Body Positioning, Increase Spatial Awareness & Work on Somersaults & Twists

THE SINGLE TRAPEZE: Increase Flexibility, Improve Muscle Tone, Learn the Basic Swing & Work on Positions for Tricks
